Give this list to Baby Daddy or mother-in-law and send them to the market to stock the fridge and the pantry.


  • Bay Leaves
  • 14 oz cans Coconut Milk and/or cream
  • Coconut Oil (a perfect nipple cream too ;))
  • Green Olives
  • Oats
  • 8 oz. Raw Tahini
  • White Basmati Rice
  • Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Chamomile Tea



  • Apples
  • Bananas
  • Avocadoes
  • Blueberries
  • Carrots
  • Celery
  • Cilantro
  • Ginger
  • Leeks
  • Mint
  • Sweet Potatoes
  • Asparagus
  • Greens (chard, spinach)
  • Full Fat Yoghurt
  • Rack of Lamb (or other lamb cut or animal protein you’d like to substitute)
  • Milk (Cow, oat, almond, rice, tahini — whatever your milk of choice is)
