What is clarified butter?

When you cook out the milk solids and water of butter, what’s left is pure, nutrient-dense butterfat with a high concentration of the full spectrum of fatty acids, Omegas, and Vitamins A, D, E, and K that is quickly, and deeply assimilated into the body. Simply put clarified butter is also known as ghee, which has recently gained popularity for the same health benefits.

Anyone who has worked in a kitchen knows that this is what every chef cooks with, you get the nutty richness of butter, with a high smoke point of approximately 450F, and none of the perils and saturated fat of dairy.

Do I need to refrigerate Golden Butter?

It is not necessary to refrigerate. We like to keep it on our countertop and use it softened and often. If you put Golden Butter into the fridge, it will get hard. That is O.K.

Is Golden Honey raw?

Golden Honey is raw, honey that has been mixed with spices and coconut oil. It is a blending process with no use of heating at all.

Your products have a lot of spices, are they spicy?

No! They’re flavorful, quite mild when used in small quantities. Many of our friends’ kids have been the best guinea pigs for our products. People often mistake most spices as “spicy” simply because the words are so similar. What’s incredible about deepening your cooking and food with more spices and herbs are the beautiful and diverse flavor you discover with none of the unhealthy additives that have traditionally given our food that extra notch on the flavor-meter like sugar, corn syrup, and msg.

How Do I Return/ Exchange Something?

How much does shipping cost?

It is our goal to deliver your order to you in the quickest and most cost-effective manner possible. Our rates are designed merely to cover our costs, and we offer free domestic shipping on all orders $40.00 or higher. Other orders are charged flat rates depending on weight and distance.
