Golden Any Vegetable
Servings: 1 cup per person
2 tablespoons Golden Butter
4 cups any vegetable you love to roast cut no smaller than 1” (ideas: beets, carrots, parsnips, potatoes sweet potatoes, cauliflower)
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375F
Place baking sheet/pan in oven to get warm.
Cut vegetables of your choice into approximately 1” pieces.
Remove baking dish from oven.
Immediately add 2 tablespoons of Golden Butter in the heated baking dish to melt.
Toss the vegetables in the baking dish together with melting Golden Butter.
Place vegetables into the oven or on grill.
Roast at 375F for 30 minutes, turning once or twice.
Remove and let rest. Toss with a little salt and pepper.
These are so good cold too, so do a big batch ;)
