Easy Golden Grilled Lamb Chops
PREP TIME5 minutes
- 1 rack of lamb
- 1 tablespoon of Golden Butter
- Rub a Tablespoon of Golden Butter on the lamb rack.
- Use your fingers to season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Throw on medium-high grill, fat side down for 15 mins before turning to bottom side (so the cutlets are sitting top side) for 8-10 mins.
- Rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving chops.
