Easy Golden Grilled Lamb Chops

  1. Rub a Tablespoon of Golden Butter on the lamb rack.
  2. Use your fingers to season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Throw on medium-high grill, fat side down for 15 mins before turning to bottom side (so the cutlets are sitting top side) for 8-10 mins.
  4. Rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving chops.
