COOK TIME 3 minutes
- 1 tablespoon Cocoa Butter
- 1 teaspoon Chai Blends with Benefits
- 1½ cups of your preferred Milk
- ⅓ cup of Instant Polenta or cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon Golden Honey, Happy Honey or Mother Honey
- Warm milk, Cocoa Butter and Chai BWB until just before the milk scalds.
- Add in Instant Polenta or Cornmeal, following cooking instructions on the package.
- Turn off heat and stir in honey. Add more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
