Breakfast Polenta

TOTAL TIME 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon Cocoa Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Chai Blends with Benefits
  • 1½ cups of your preferred Milk
  • ⅓ cup of Instant Polenta or cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon Golden Honey, Happy Honey or Mother Honey

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Warm milk, Cocoa Butter and Chai BWB until just before the milk scalds.
  2. Add in Instant Polenta or Cornmeal, following cooking instructions on the package.
  3. Turn off heat and stir in honey. Add more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
