Countertop Chai Green Juice

INGREDIENTS
- 2-3 teaspoons Blends with Benefits: Chai
- 1 Green Apple, core and seeds removed and roughly chopped
- 1 English Cucumber, roughly chopped
- 1 Kiwi, peeled and roughly chopped
- 2 Chard Leaves cleaned and roughly chopped
- 1 ¼ cups Water
- Juice of 1 lime/lemon
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blitz on high for 2 minutes.
- Drink immediately or store in the fridge; just be sure to drink it the same day you make it!
