  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of your favorite milk
  • ½ cup cooked sweet potato
  • ½ cup of yogurt
  • ½ cup of frozen berries (your favorite)
  • 1 scoop of your choice of protein/collagen powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Chai Blends with Benefits
  • 1 tablespoon of Cocoa Butter
  • 1 cup of ice
