Golden Any Vegetable

Whatever the season, there’s no easier, healthier, and more beautiful dish than roasted veggies – especially when they are Golden.

We love a hack that makes something already so nourishing even more beneficial to your daily health. Whether you are roasting in the oven or on the grill, simply using Golden Butter on your favorite vegetables not only gives them a gorgeous flavor kick that will leave your guests clamoring for your cooking secrets but adds vitamins, minerals, and anti-inflammatory properties while making them easier to digest.

Golden Any Vegetable

PREP TIME10 minutes
COOK TIME 30 minutes
Servings: 1 cup per person


  • 2 tablespoons Golden Butter
  • 4 cups any vegetable you love to roast cut no smaller than 1” (ideas: beets, carrots, parsnips, potatoes sweet potatoes, cauliflower)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Place baking sheet/pan in oven to get warm.
  3. Cut vegetables of your choice into approximately 1” pieces.
  4. Remove baking dish from oven.
  5. Immediately add 2 tablespoons of Golden Butter in the heated baking dish to melt.
  6. Toss the vegetables in the baking dish together with melting Golden Butter.
  7. Place vegetables into the oven or on grill.
  8. Roast at 375F for 30 minutes, turning once or twice.
  9. Remove and let rest. Toss with a little salt and pepper.
  10. These are so good cold too, so do a big batch ;)
