Golden Butter Broccoli

- 1 tablespoon Golden Butter
- ⅛ cup water
- Handful of Broccoli
- Maldon salt
- Cracked pepper
- In a cast iron frypan, on medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of Golden Butter.
- Add in a handful of broccoli and ⅛ cup water, put a lid on and cook for 2 mins.
- Serve with Maldon Salt and Cracked Pepper, and another spoonful of Golden Butter, if you’d like. Add some fresh mint to keep it even cooler.
