Golden Cast Iron Poultry

We could eat this quick and delicious comfort meal every night of the week. It’s taste is restaurant quality, but more healthy and with none of the fuss. We love using chicken thighs with the bone still in, or for the holidays, try it with a turkey maryland cut (thigh and leg).

Pair with some veggies or potatoes cooked in the same pan after and your dinner guests will think you are a regular Martha Stewart.
