A movie night staple gets a reboot with nourishing spices and healthy fats.
COOK TIME 5 minutes
- 1 teaspoon Golden Butter
- ¼ cup Popping Corn
- 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil
- In a heavy bottomed pot with a good fitting lid, melt 1 teaspoon of Golden Butter and 1 teaspoon of coconut oil on medium heat.
- To test heat, add three single corn kernels into the pot, when all three kernels have popped, add in ¼ cup of popping corn.
- Put the lid on and swirl pan around so all kernels covered.
- Turn stove to low heat for 3-4 minutes or until all the kernels to stop popping.
- HACK: Microwave Popcorn
Add a dollop of melted Golden Butter to microwavable popcorn and toss before serving.
