Mother’s Recovery Smoothie
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 T Mother Honey
- 1 tsp Chai Seasoning Blend
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 3-4 cubes frozen coconut water or oat milk
- 1 T shredded coconut
- Add coconut water and frozen cubes to the blender along with protein, Chai Blend and Mother Honey.
- Blend ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and garnish with shredded coconut and an extra sprinkle of Chai Seasoning Blend.
