Mother’s Recovery Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 T Mother Honey
  • 1 tsp Chai Seasoning Blend
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 3-4 cubes frozen coconut water or oat milk
  • 1 T shredded coconut

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add coconut water and frozen cubes to the blender along with protein, Chai Blend and Mother Honey.
  2. Blend ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass and garnish with shredded coconut and an extra sprinkle of Chai Seasoning Blend.
