Purely Elizabeth’s Golden Turmeric Cheesecake Bars

PREP TIME4-12 hours
COOK TIME 5 minutes
REST TIME 2 hours


  • 1 bag Purely Elizabeth Maple + Almond Butter Granola (for crust)
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil ( for crust)
  • 1 1/2 cup soaked raw cashews (for cheesecake)
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil (for cheesecake)
  • 1/3 cup Countertop Golden Honey (for cheesecake)
  • Juice of 1 lemon (for cheesecake)
  • 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract (for cheesecake)


  1. In a food processor, blend crust ingredients.
  2. Pour into an 8 x 8 parchment baking pan and firmly press crust into pan.
  3. In a high-speed blender, add cheesecake ingredients.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour cheesecake over the crust.
  6. Freeze.
