An impressive side dish for any dinner party, you can keep this whole or purée it and turn it into mashed cauliflower!
Whole Roasted Cauliflower
PREP TIME10 minutes
COOK TIME 1 hour
- 2 Tablespoons Golden Butter
- 1 Head of Cauliflower
- 1 tsp Poultry Blends with Benefits
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Clean all green leaves off the cauliflower, wash and pat dry.
- Rub Golden Butter into the entire cauliflower, with your hands is the easiest here. Season with salt and pepper.
- Put into a shallow baking dish core side down.
- Cook for 50-60mins until brown.
- For extra flavor and benefits sprinkle 1tsp Poultry Blend on top of the Golden Butter.
