Whole Roasted Cauliflower

An impressive side dish for any dinner party, you can keep this whole or purée it and turn it into mashed cauliflower!

Whole Roasted Cauliflower

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Tablespoons Golden Butter
  • 1 Head of Cauliflower
  • 1 tsp Poultry Blends with Benefits
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Clean all green leaves off the cauliflower, wash and pat dry.
  3. Rub Golden Butter into the entire cauliflower, with your hands is the easiest here. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Put into a shallow baking dish core side down.
  5. Cook for 50-60mins until brown.
  6. For extra flavor and benefits sprinkle 1tsp Poultry Blend on top of the Golden Butter.
